"Ratatouille Full Movie" (this "Site") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the "Ratatouille Full Movie" service and/or the "Ratatouille Full Movie" website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the "Ratatouille Full Movie" Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

To file a DMCA notice of alleged infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or – if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice – you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
  2. Identify the material or link that you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and to which access is to be disabled, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the "Ratatouille Full Movie" website or the exact location where such material may be found.
  3. Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:

  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us (a "Counter-Notice") by submitting written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter-Notice must include substantially the following:

  • Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled (e.g., the URL(s) of the "Ratatouille Full Movie" page containing the material).
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
  • Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located (or if you reside outside the United States for any judicial district in which the "Ratatouille Full Movie" may be found), and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person."
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
